Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses hypnosis to induce a state of focused attention, heightened suggestibility, and deep relaxation in individuals. It's important to note that during hypnotherapy, individuals are not unconscious or asleep; rather, they are in a state of heightened awareness.

I. A Past Life Regression: During this session, you will visit 3 lifetimes, commune with your spirit guides, past loved ones, higher self, or other ethereal beings, and find out your life's purpose. The length of this session averages 1.5-2 hours long.

II. Full Karmic Destiny Session: This session is based on your lunar nodes. In karmic astrology, your north node is how you need to evolve in this lifetime, while your south node is the past life energy you came into this life with. We will visit the south nodal(or other major karmic aspects) in your natal chart. We will work to heal any residual karma from that lifetime, visit the inter-life, where you will commune with your spirit guides, past loved ones, higher self, or other ethereal beings to gain answers to 20 of your most burning questions. I will then future-pace you to propel you forward on your north node track.
